About This Session

How can I create and lead sustainable business transformation in my organization? How can I manage organizational change in my organization? How can I lead innovation to create long term transformation/adoption from a people, process, and technology perspective? We will explore answers to these questions by examining several organizational change management (OCM) frameworks (such as The McKinsey 7-S Model, KYOCERA's Organizational Change Management Consulting Approach, etc.) and recommend how to best utilize these frameworks. We will analyze the business transformations of several Silicon Valley Tech Companies and dig deeper into the process modifications (such as the creation of corporate startup accelerator programs) and tech tools utilized to create organizational change. We will also go through change management team building activities that you can take back with you to your organizations to begin conversations on change leadership and innovation.

This session is for current and prospective directors, engineering directors/managers, technical program managers, technical management consultant, change management consultants, and technical product managers. Managers that are involved with business transformations are expected to benefit the most.
