Kids Programming Workshop with Scratch
About This Session
Would you like to introduce you child early on to the wonders of programming?
Scratch http://scratch.mit.edu is a programming language for kids that makes it easy to create your own interactive stories, animations, games, music, and art.
On this hands on session Shani (10) and I will teach the fundamentals of Scratch programming, develop an interactive story and a simple game.
It is recommended to bring a laptop with Scratch preinstalled to get the most of this session.
No scratch or programming experience is needed
Please note that kids on campus require full time adult supervision.
