About This Session
Emotional intelligence is the ability to understand and manage your own emotions, and those of the people around you. Managers have a higher impact on their team, especially their emotional state, and therefore a higher responsibility to lead by example. In this section we will present key characteristics that allow true leadership to emerge. We will also describe some practices that you can immediately use to increase your emotional intelligence and inspire higher quality results.
