Track - Windows Client

It’s an exciting time for Windows client developers with the advent of Universal Apps. Now you can create an app which runs on both Windows 8 and Windows Phone by only changing the user interface. At the heart of this is XAML, Microsoft’s technology for creating user interfaces. This year’s Windows client track contains sessions for both XAML beginners and experts alike. Also new this year are exciting features in Windows Phone such as Cortana, new sensor APIs, and enhanced Bluetooth support. Cross-platform talks are always interesting, and we have ones this year both for enterprise and game developers. No matter what kind of app you write, you need to follow good design principles.
